PREVALENCE OF CONGENITAL HEART DISEASES IN CHILDREN OF SCHOOL AGE ACCORDING TO ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY DATA

Purpose of the study. Study prevalence congenital heart defects among schoolchildren in Kyrgyz Republic. Materials and methods. The material for study were 38598 aged 6 to 16 surveyed Jalal-Abad, Osh, Batken Naryn regions. Using instrumental technique, 2919 children out all underwent an echocardiographic (EchoCG) indication echocardiography was presence a murmur, revealed by auscultation. Results. Based on study, authors identified 171 (5.8%) cases defects. Conclusion. presented results indicate changes size cavities, valve apparatus pressure pulmonary artery with enriched circulation. With tetralogy Fallot atresia, there is increased pancreas smaller left ventricle. More complex are detected at younger age. All above indicates need optimize early diagnosis management tactics
